We have previously spoken earlier in the year when I was experiencing difficulty in having responses and follow up to the contract for our pool, at the time I provided you with feedback of my concerns of lack of attention and response. At the time I was very nervous and disappointed with the service and was considering withdrawing the contract.

People are always quick to provide negative feedback, I would like to take the time to provide some positive feedback as since then, I have had nothing but open communication and positive experience during the construction of our pool, in particular with Tony, the pool supervisor, in a short time Tony has been able to turn around a negative experience into a positive experience and am looking forward to the completion of our pool.
